In one of the first republican debates, Rudy Giuliani remarked the 1976 Church Committee Reports gave away too much information, damaging law enforcement. Three decades later Rudy Giuliani is still in love with J. Edgar’s FBI.

I’m the “nota,” candidate for president, the “none of the above” guy. For a while I was leading the republican pack as most people don’t subscribe to phone taps, their telephones at any time a party line with the other party, Bush’s intelligence “professionals;” so the New Hampshire line had me, the “nota guy, ” on top. In every state by state poll I run right alongside the biggies, listed as “not sure,” or “other.”

Lets cut to the chase. Originally congress formed the FBI, so we would have a federal agency with authority to chase bank robbers and prostitutes across state lines. But J. Edgar Hoover, the fierce bureaucrat, thirsted to be forever, a political power unto himself. The FBI Director violated our Constitution every day. Hoover saw his position the ‘Seat of Power,’ called it that, but I hold to the view the cross-dressing Edgarina was a stone hypocrite. His was the Seat of Talcum Powder. The bureaucratic framework on which J. Edgar Hoover molded FBI wrought 3000 murdered on September 11, 2001.

The 9/11 Commissioners castigated FBI, but would not lay blame on any one person for our horrible loss on that worst day in our history! They wrote that FBI’s failure to perform was an “institutional” problem. Hoover fashioned his institution in his own image. The ghost of Hoover must pay!

FBI was in charge of what they released to the Church Committee which was opnly the tip of the FB-Iceberg! FBI did not cease and desist their counter intelligence operation, as Congress and the American people were led to believe. FBI merely changed the labels, and stamped their files Top Secret. Hoover’s unconstitutional rot that continues to this day, their gathering of personal information files will be given individually to all the American people, upon my election. Vote for me, touché. You are entitled to your file, the cost to you, 10 cents a page plus postage, the first twenty pages free.

Here is the Church Committee: “The Committee finds that information has been collected and disseminated in order to serve the purely political interests of an intelligence agency or the administration, and to influence social policy and political action.”

“White House officials requested and obtained politically useful information from the FBI, including information on the activities of political opponents or critics. Personal information was not always requested, but was nevertheless collected and disseminated to administration officials. Neither the FBI nor the recipients differentiated in these cases between national security or law enforcement information and purely political intelligence.”

This was before bureaucratic blinds were placed to separate law enforcement from national security intelligence. Why internal rules? So agents in the field, posed to thwart the 9 / 11 terrorists were kept out of the loop?

“The FBI has assembled intelligence on its critics and on political figures it believed might influence public attitudes or Congressional support. The FBI has also used intelligence as a vehicle for covert efforts to influence social policy and political action.”

“The FBI’s interference with the democratic process was the natural consequence of attitudes within the Bureau toward social change, combined with a strong sense of duty to protect society -- from its own ‘wrong’ choices.”

Were FBI focused on the threat of actual terrorists in America, traitors–-instead of on American citizens they dislike, our twin towers would be standing, aglow, alive.

“The FBI saw itself as the guardian of the public order, and believed that it had a responsibility to counter threats to that order, using any means available. The FBI’s ability to gather information without effective restraints gave it enormous power. That power was inevitably attractive to politicians, who could use FBI information on opponents for their own advantage.”

“At the same time, the widespread -- and accurate -- belief in Congress and the administration that the Bureau had available to it, derogatory information on politicians and critics created what the late Majority Leader of the House of Representatives, Hale Boggs, called a ‘fear’ of the Bureau.”

“It has been widely believed among Members of Congress that the Bureau had information on each of them. The impact of that belief led Hale Boggs to state:

“Our apathy in this Congress, our silence in this House, our very fear of speaking out in other forums has watered the roots and hastened the growth of a vine of tyranny which is ensnaring that Constitution and Bill of Rights which we are each sworn to uphold. Our society can survive many challenges and many threats. It cannot survive a planned and programmed fear of its own government bureaus and agencies.”

Speaker Boggs died in a mysterious airplane crash, in Alaska, in advance of the opening scene in the action thriller, “Enemy of the State.” The freelance writer, Dan Casalaro, supposedly a Washington suicide, and Chandra Levy come to mind. Both were murdered, chilling events the “why” untold behind.

Whether J. Edgar Hoover was behind the plane crash that took out Speaker Hale Boggs is an issue for conspiracy theorists. But in fact, the whole congress quietely believed it and from the day of that plane crash forward the Congress has treated FBI with kid gloves.

The Church Committee Report went on to state:

“The essence of democracy is the belief that the people must be free to make decisions about matters of public policy. The FBI’s actions interfered with the democratic process; attitudes within the Bureau toward social change led to the belief that such intervention formed a part of its obligation to protect society. When a governmental agency clandestinely imposes its views of what is right upon the American people, then our democratic process is undermined.”

This ongoing undermining is the legacy of J. Edgar Hoover, fascist through and through. Hoover's name is embossed on the buildings. Hoover’s attitudes and his heavy-handed methods are still the benchmark on how FBI conducts its business. His photograph adorns every senior manager’s desk.

Upon my election, by Executive Order, the agency will be renamed the John P. O’Neill Bureau of Federal Investigations. BFI. J. Edgar Hoover’s name will be removed from exterior facings of all FBI buildings immediately, the first day. I will personally be out there, on a ladder with a huge pry bar!

The BFI will be prohibited, by executive order, from conducting name checks absent FISA Court orders, especially on families of kids who ‘question authority’ in classroom debates. Stipends paid out to more than 70,000 FBI ‘fellow travelers,’ for writing profiles on their fellow work place associates will be suspended. All senior FBI managers, those chosen by Hoover’s chosen, shall receive an honorable, instant retirement from FBI service. Members of the press, and others, receiving FBI stipend will be invited to join the President’s False Witness Protection Program, and given domestic spy jobs overseas.

John P. O’Neill was an American patriot who went to Yemen, hot on the trail of Osama bin Laden, after an Al Qaeda cell in Yemen attacked the U.S.S. Cole. FBI managers in Washington lifted O’Neill’s passport and pulled him off the case. They pushed him out of their bureau soon after. His creativity and dedication out-classed the bureau-critters running FBI in Hoover’s image. John P. O’Neill died on September 11, inside the south tower, trying to save lives.

All BFI agents will view the movies made about John P. O’Neill’s life, to understand this patriotic giant. His loose flung style shall become their benchmark. Name is your aim. By changing the name from FBI to BFI we change its aim.

Reconfigured to focus on Federal Investigations, BFI won’t fail at its mission. Hoover’s policies, his treachery, his attention to staving FBI’s position and power, let 9 / 11 happen. Bin Laden was not a mystery! I am a candidate for U.S. president. This is my agency reform proposal, to be enacted upon my election! We owe this much, more, to all of those who died on September 11.

Hoover feared creative intelligences. He despised Jews and poets. I qualify for Hoover's hate list. I’m overqualified. We cannot deep end on Hoover’s men. They see me, a man with words for all mankind, an enemy of their status quo! The agent who stood in my living room and sneered, “Do you hear voices,” was quoting Hoover’s FBI profile suggesting I am a self-imagined mini-Moses demagogic prophet who saw a giant cow across the sky in 1969 and talked to G-d; who should have been hustled away and locked up back then, cow??? across the sky and all of that. Words to that effect.

That’s the profile you get written about you when you compose a Television Scripture, vehicle for world peace to be performed worldwide, on television for all the world’s peoples to enjoy at once. Hoover’s losers have done all they could, all they can to marginalize this poet prophet and kiln the peace plan. Unless I renounce my soul, which is knot happening, even then, FBI will not cease their evil until Iamb silenced, my prophesies dashed!

The fascist in the newsroom, trashing this essay, smokes the memory of all those people who died on 9 / 11, confusing reality, terror isms’ speculation. Fascists do not subscribe to Freedom of the Press. Editors must realize we are all together staked, this candidate, the 4th Estate, and the safety of our nation. Pat Tillman opposed the war in Iraq. He took three between the eyes from thirty feet. People aren’t abetting the politishinz' campaign smoky mirrors in this electon cycle.

Thanks to the no-fault judgments of George Bush, Al Qaeda is rejuvenated! From Afghanistan heroin sales bin Laden has millions to sponsor terrorists. Bush, telephone tapping our private speech, has made us more unsafe. Until I am sworn into office, to uphold our constitution, we have our eyes, our ears, and our good common sense for reliance, ourselves to protect from the fascist sum of their fears.

I seek the nomination of both political parties, so we present to the world a united face, the first step toward my coming natch a rill that will suffice as world peace, beginning with a peaceful night, when all the world's peoples will be doing the same thing at the same time: watching my whirled wide sprechen on TV. I promise in advance, to spout a delicate sensible, mull tie ling well rhyme, in every line, so all on the planet, our good ship mother earth, feel they are participants.

You have a choice: world peace or FBI inspired smoke and mirrors.
